We will learn to make stock, make a mirepoix, use different proteins both vegan and meat based, chopping techniques, and how to make the flavors balance and feel complete. Italian Food Tour: This class explores the variety of foods from this beautiful country. We will create foods that are typically not part of the Americanized version of Italian food.
