A collaboration between Adamah Clay Studios and Bethel Horizons Nature Center.

Learn how you can help bring and sustain native bird species back to Wisconsin. You will be able to construct bird feeders, talk about placement and monitoring of the feeders, and meet other who share an interested in preserving bird populations. Feeders are fired in the Anagama Kiln and available for pick-up at either Adamah Clay Studio or Bethel Lutheran Church.

Schedule of the Day

  • Participants will gather at the Nature Center between 9 to 9:30am
  • Nature Hike begins at 9;30 am through the Pines Forest, and concludes by 11:30 am back at the Nature Center
  • Lunch: at the AVRC (from 12 until 1 pm)
  • Birdfeeder construction begins 1 pm at the Adamah Clay Studio, and concludes by 4 pm

Lunch and Materials provided!!

AdultĀ $65.00

Young Adult (under 18) $50.00

Nature Hikes are led by James Marlow (BS Natural Sciences and Biology) Jennifer Mally, Adamah Art Studios Director, instructs the studio lesson portion of the workshop. Lunches are cooked fresh and served by Food Service and Hospitality Director Micky Greene.
